添加win右键菜单打开CMD

实现在windows系统，打开目录点右键打开CMD命令窗口

新建文本文件,写入以下内容，另存为.reg

双击运行添加到注册表,操作完成后在任意一目录点右键选择在终端中打开即打开了CMD窗口
